POD HD300 v1.31 Please Wait...

Hi, I'm from Switzerland.

Tried to update my BRAND NEW POD300, error during the update 800009000, mdi blabla...

Now stay with this error, POD HD300 v1.31 Please Wait...

Factory reset done many times, check USB cable, aso (Editor was working before the update, USB cable is ok).

Monkey, edit, drivers, firmware, up2date, flash memory line stay grey with (?), unable to reinstall the laterst version.

ESN : None (Monkey).

Any idea ? Thanks, Johann.

It doesn't look like Monkey is seeing your pod. A few things to try.

Unplug the POD from the USB and reboot your PC,. Wait until the PC settles down then plug in the POD again. Does Monkey detect it now?
Have you tried a different USB Port on your PC?

If none of this works then try a different version of Monkey. This iversion below is known good.

  I have same exact problem. I tried to rollback to earlier version but my pc wont let me run monkey without updating. Any help????

Yeah, I found the other day that I could not roll back to the old Monkey. Kind of irritating.

It may be then that you have a driver problem. Please take a look at the post that I just added here for a procedure to reinstall the drivers ---> http://line6.com/support/message/369075#369075
