It doesn't look like Monkey is seeing your pod. A few things to try.
- Unplug the POD from the USB and reboot your PC,. Wait until the PC settles down then plug in the POD again. Does Monkey detect it now?
- Have you tried a different USB Port on your PC?
If none of this works then try a different version of Monkey. This iversion below is known good.

Yeah, I found the other day that I could not roll back to the old Monkey. Kind of irritating.
It may be then that you have a driver problem. Please take a look at the post that I just added here for a procedure to reinstall the drivers ---> http://line6.com/support/message/369075#369075
