Issues with Headphone Output on POD Studio KB37.

I just bought a POD Studio KB37 from a local music shop which was on clearance. The shop recently ended there sales agreement with Line 6 and no longer supports the products. That leads me to my issue, the KB37 headphone output is only providing sound out of the left speaker. It seems several other people have had this issue in the past(maybe it was a bad batch?). That said, the POD Studio KB37 has apparently been discontinued and replaced by the Toneport KB37. Although the shop will refund my money, they will not deal with the warranty and replace it since they no longer do business with Line 6. So my question to Line 6 is:
1. Is the POD Studio KB37 still covered under warranty if it's bought new from a licensed retailer?
2. If so, can I send it in to Line 6 to have it replaced or fixed/tested??
Thanks,
Joe
I would suggest to try using a different headphone adaptor to connect your headphones, if your headphones require the adaptor.
To clarify, the TonePort KB37 was replaced by the POD Studio KB37.
1. The KB37 is covered by a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase from an authorized Line 6 retailer. For more information about the Line 6 Warranty, check out the link below:
