SV Mk1 Makes loud Pop and then 1 tubes heats up rapidly?

Hi,

 

I've just bought a used Spider Valve Mk1 and absolutely love it, however, today it randomly made a large pop noise and then 1 of the 6L6's started heating up rapidly.

I'm using it with a custom built cab with two celestion 80's running in parallel and I'm using the 8 ohm output.

 

Any help is greatly apreciated!
