my FBV Express MKII stopped working

hey I'm useing FBV Express MKII with Line 6 Spider Jam it was working 100% but when I plug it with USB and trying to update it it's stopped working
I changed the cable but nothing works no light comes on at all on the FBV , btw the cable that I use is CAT 5 sraight .

please help me guys .

What happens when you plug it into your computer via USB again? Does Monkey recognize it? If so, then try reflashing the memory. If nothing happens, I have read of this happening to a couple of others here - you would need to bring it to an authorized service center for evaluation (and probably replacement).

  when I plug it in USB the monkey detect it and then it's just stopped working from 1 week ago till now , I tried to connect it another pc but nothing works .

    Sorry, maybe you misunderstood: when you plug it into your computer now via USB does Monkey detect it? From what I have read before, you will need to bring it to an authorized service center for evaluation (and probably replacement).

      when I plug it right now the monkey can't detect it cos it's not working at all .
      I can't send it cos I'm from Libya and live in it :(

        Libya does not have any authorized Line 6 service centers. What country did you buy it from? Was it new? I think your only hope is to return it to wherever you bought it.
