yes what is your actual issue?
if you are indeed truly trying to download an addon... that's a problem....
as there is no download... you simply authorize a license... and it unlocks within the existing software download.
noone is born knowing this stuff... so don't be afraid to ask for help...
but a little tact in your approach could enhance your quality of life.
