When playing through my pod x3 i cant seem to get a true clean sound. the low e string tends to break up, its fine when playing with distortion because you dont notice it. anyone got any ideas? i tried switching the outputs.
thanks. ![]()
i have the same problem ... the last days my pod x3 live doesnt provide me Clear clean sounds there all with some distortion :/
This may be digital clipping.
Do you have active Pick-Ups?
If there are too hot you may need to back off a tad the giutar's volume.
Is the clip indicator lighting up?
If so, try turning the channel volume down.
by messing around with a few volumes and things it appears to have gone
thanks
@ CrazyPain, you might to try a reflash. Bback you patches up first.
tried allmost everything my guitar without pod sounds clean on the amp and on the spider ...
ive had a similar issue i use a vax 700 but when it started playing up i swapped outputs from xlr to jacks this did the job but at the next gig it did it agian.i only had 2 patches that worked with out sounding muffelled so i tried my musicman luke the issue continued but did resolve for about 10 minutes then returned i had tried rebooting between songs but nothing i have now tried all my leadsall working as is the pod for now i have reflashed the OS and now waiting to try at next gig but will be taking my old xt live just in case
