Can't Authorize New Computer

I'm sorry since I'm sure this is addressed somewhere.
I have a new computer. When I try to authorize it, it says limit is reached, I do not see where I can deauthorize an old computer.
When I try to "view all" devices, I only see my UX1 listed, but it says this below...
You currently are using 1 out of 4 active devices.
You currently are using 1 out of 10 lifetime devices

Well, it doesn't seem like anyone from the community is able to shed any light on this situation for me. I see from the forum, others have had the same issue. How do I get a service ticket with someone from Line 6? I have not been able to use any of my Model Packs for quite sometime and would like access to them again!!!

Yes, you might need to talk to the Line 6 people about that.
