transplant hang up...Tele B Bender almost done

Ok I just about have my B bender variax Tele done. I used Graphtech saddles, and Variax 600 guts. Ok, heres my prob. I wanted my tele to look stock, to do so I removed all the pots from the circuit board, I mounted the pot in a different spot. I ran wires to the circuit board. All my pots work except for the model selector. I cannot figure out why. I even did the calibration with all the beep sequences and still nothing. I ordered another pot and still nothing. It just wants to bounce back and forth between the R-billy setting and the Custom 2 Setting. And yes I even re-flashed the it too. Nothing.... At the moment the guitar is useable for I am letting my POD HD500 select the models for me. I just cannot figure out why I cant get this to work. If you look in the pic, you can see how i ran the wires off the pot circuit board to the pots in the stock position... The middle section is where i am putting the model selector... Please help.
Not sure if you can see this video but this is me playing my first b bender variax transplant, but same setup with no model selector.... Really need help with this issue!

Never mind got it!!!! Pics coming soon!!!!
Hi WF,
In the end, what was the cause of the model spontaneously changing?
Mike
Hey Orangekeeper,
Couple of things were the problem, main issue was the pot circuit board was making contact with the guitar body which had conductive paint on it... Stupid mistake on my part.
Hi Dude,
Thanks for the response, good to hear you sorted it out. Like the pics and the videos it's great to see a new transplant take shape...
Hey man,
Glad you like the pics...Another thing I notice that will cause the model pot to spontaneously change, is if the tone pot or volume pot come in any contact of metal... My tone knob came loose last night and I know the wiring was touching the control plate, so basically making the wires cross.... Just another thing I learned that I thought others might want to know about..
Stay in the mix and in the know.
