Has any body else had this issue with the M13 OD effect called screamer

It seems that whenever I select it and no matter what settings I change on it I can hear the dry signal of my guitar mixed in with the OD sound

I have updated the Firmware twice but that didn't fix it

So I don't know if its a firmware or hardware fault

Any idea would be a help
