Offline computer authorization changed. What now?

The video and instructions for transfering and authorizing podfarm on an offline computer are out of date with no current explination. It just says do it through the license manager now. Can't find any options in the license manager about how to do this and since the license manager is internet based it doesn't make much since to me of how I'm supposed to use it on an offline computer. I'm using a X3 Live and I'm trying to get my podfarm on to my studio computer. For security reasons my studio computer does not have internet access. I downloaded the podfarm software on a flash drive and installed it on my studio computer but that's as far as I could get with it. It's also just a very basic version of podfarm and I'm supposed to have the platinum version. I've searched everywhere I could think of to try to figure this out. Any help with this would be greatly appriciated. Thankyou.
Hello,
I have updated the transferring model packs document with your inquiry:
http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-4738
Basically, you can transfer Line 6 hardware authorizations, however, COMPUTER authorizations CANNOT be transferred from one computer to another. An internet connection is required for a COMPUTER authorization.
