Extra expression pedal on Pod X3 Live

Hi, i have a Pod X3 Live and i would like to know if it's gonna work if i plug the EV-5 expression pedal from Roland on "Pedal 2".
Is the EV-5 compatible with Pod X3 Live ?

I need to control some stomp boxe's, modulation and delay's.
