Pedal dock malfunction

I have a ToneCore pedal dock that does not work properly. I actually have two ToneCore pedals one of them no longer allows the module to effect the guitar signal. I know it is the dock because I switched the modules in the two pedals. Both modules worked with one dock. Neither of the modules worked in the other dock. So, is there anything that can be done to fix the bad dock or is it trash?
Hi,
Unfortunately, no. With ToneCore pedals, those units are non-serviceable ones. If you're still within the first year of new product purchase (on your store receipt), we can help you out.
But if you're outside of that time frame, you'll need a new dock. Our dealers sell just the dock... most likely special order items.

I have problem too. The pedal has two years. You can't sell only the board? This is more especial price, because we have the dock metal base (mine is new) and my problem is only the board. I have two docks and 3 modules. Now, only one works.
Hi Everyone,
I just bought this pedal a week ago. Right out of the box, I tried implementing the stock 2-band EQ that comes with the ptoduct. When I do this, the software says the .cpl file was installed successfuly. However when I test this, none of the controls work. All I get the same signal I put in with unity gain, regardless of where any of the knobs or switches are set. I can't change the EQ, gain, or volume.
I have tested both audibly and through an oscilloscope. Can anyone help? Do you think my doc or module is malfunctioning?
Thanks.

To clarify, the software registers that the knobs are turning (the gui shows my knobs moving as I turn them). Also, the LED does not turn on ever. I am led to believe my dock is malfunctioning. Please advise.
Its a little tricky which brand to buy for pedal..any suggestions
