I am new to line 6 products , I have a new spider iv 75 watt amp I also purchased a mkv2 shortboarc(the new one)

My question is this.

I could have sworn initially set all up that when I activated the looper function via the Shortboard that the LCD window on the Shortboard would

Display the looper mode in the window.

Hat I mean is show the same status as th LCD in amp window.

Now it seems  the Shortboard does not?

Am I hallucinating?.
