Hi.

I have had a POD X3 live for a few years.

Since i have travelled far from my hometown because of my studies, I could not carry with the POD X3 live due to his size. Thus, i have decided to buy a more compact unit: the POD Studio UX1.

However, I have been a little dissapointed because most of the tones i was accostumed to play with are not working, because the Toneport lack the metal shop tones... My question is then.... Do I have to buy the metal shop for my POD Studio, or in contrary, is it possible to authorize that the unit works with the metal shop, for having them previously authorized on my POD X3 live?
