CLEAN/UNPROCESSED/DRY SIGNAL VIA USB COMPUTER RECORDING

as i record guitar/bass in "dry" mode via usb on an audio/midi sequencer, if i first set the tempo and the tonality on the recording software itself, is this signal time-stretchable and pitch adjustable (after recording, in post production)?
