Drain battery when not in use?

I fully charged the battey when my cherry-finnish JTV-59 arrived last week. A few days later, the power supply kit arrived. Now that that's set up, I most likely will not use the battery any time soon.
Should I drain the battery, or is it ok to store it with full charge?
Thanks.
What is this power supply kit? Is it just the heavy duty VDI cable. I haven't heard of this. As for the battery. You should be fine leaving it. I have two batteries and I keep one charged up full at all times. I will switch it out when the one I am using gets down to one light and the backup always has a full charge. I would like to use just the VDI cable but I am having volume issues with it. Hope this helps.
it's the XPS box... its mostly usable for those that don't have a VDI connection on their fx processor...
i personally have always hated it... all that extra cabling for no real good reason...
but then again... i always had a VDI processor, so i'm spoiled.
Thanks for input on the battery.
The cabled power kit works great in the absence of a Pod HD. It's just a matter of keeping cable organized and out of my way. Having said that, things got a bit crazy when adding the USB workbench device to the mix to upgrade the firmware.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
