using a Markbass CMD 121p with a LowDown 410 cab

Here are the specs for the cmd 121p.  Can someone verify that I'll be able to use this head safely with my LowDown 410 cab?  Thanks in advance,

Impedance:  8 ohms

Speaker Power Handling:  400W RMS (AES Standard)

Amp Output Power: 500W @ 4 ohm / 300W @ 8 ohm
