Hello, I didn't see the installation instructions http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2632 because they aren't on the download site. I did follow the first 3 steps and everything seems to work ok. Is there anything I should consider?
I just did this http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2222 and have created some new presets. But now Pod HD Edit doesn't receive the presets. I think I forgot to disconnect the USB cable.
The POD HD Asio driver also doesn't work anymore..
SO I deinstalled the POD HD, but it stays in the device manager. Then I installed Pod HD Edit and Line6 Monkey and the POD HD driver but when I plug the USB cable into the USB port nothing happens and the POD HD isn't detected. Then I tried another USB port and it did work. How can I make it work for the USB port I used before? Probably the driver for the first USB port hasn't been uninstalled properly. How can I fix that problem?
FRom the LINE6 Uninstaller, Make sure you uninstall the hd500 driver. then reinstall the driver again.
That's exactly what I did. Actually at first I wanted to uninstall the driver via the device manager, but it failed and then I executed the uninstaller.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
