Is it possible to setup for 2 tones?

Here is what I want to do

input 1 -electric guitar

input aux-acoustic guitar

seperate effects for electric-tri chorus, dig dly w mod, reverb,tweed b-man bright

seperate effects for acoustic- chorus, reverb

then output to left for electric and output to right for acoustic, tweed n-man norm

whe I try to do this I end up hearing all effects mixed together
