My device won't get a goin'

Hello Comunity !

 

I 've got a line6 UX2 and whatever i 've done until now (registration, instalation of Pod farm2, Line6 Monkey, looking for drivers) i cant make it work,
the orange lighting on the meters won't turn on, my computer doesn't read my device, what can i do?
