Missing extension piece from HD500 Expression Pedal that activates the toe switch function

Darn road crew! HELP!!! I am missing the plastic part that attaches to the bottom of the HD500 expression pedal that extends down to activate the toe switch function (see picture). How do I go about ordering replacements? Like super fast!!

I just took a look at the underside of mine...it's not a separate piece of plastic, it part of the pedal (probably pot metal). Either get a new pedal assembly, or drill it, and countersink a #6 or 8 stainless steel screw, cut to the right length and hold in place with a nut and washer.
