Hello. My POD HD300 recently began to change volume and patches by itself. Nothing touches the dials or pedal, it sits on the open space. Device never been used at gigs, never abused in any way. I'm barely playing and only at home. I suspect it started after the latest patch, but not 100% sure. Tried to use via USB and Line in, same result. Every time when i try to play, it drops in volume after a couple of seconds and/or turn on/off effects and etc. Tried to reinstall drivers and flash memory, problem still exists.
So i decided to open a support ticket and got a suggestion to reflash my POD and it didn't help, though i've already tried that (it can be seen in description of a problem).
I made a reply in support ticket, but it's status is still on "waiting on customer" after 6 days now.
Is there any way to change ticket status?
Any help would be appreciated!

Theses are an absolutely must after reflashing firmware.
Sure, tried everything, including factory reset and pedal calibration.
I read the forums and found out that there're several peaople with the same problem after the patch, guess there's no any salvation out yet...
