Unable to post responses in Forum

So I had felt bad raising this before as I didnt even had a Pod, but now my HD500 has arrived (about which I am most certainly very pleased) I would like to ask to whom/where I should direct my concern that I am unable to post replies (or, as it turns out, send private messages) on this forum. I should point out that when I joined up a week or so ago, I could post replies, but since my initial one or two posts there have been a couple of threads where I would have dearly liked to comment, but I just cannot.

I have tried on XP, XP pro and 7 Ultimate on three computers using Firefox, i.e. and chrome (all three on each OS) at two locations with two different ISP's + using my android phone (though I understand phones may be prone to problems). I thought perhaps I was restricted until I had a registered product (which would be very very daft for any prospective purchasers) but I have now registered my HD5 and still no joy).

Obviously I can start "new" threads, but as as been highlighted, this would be ludicrous for the purposes of providing responses.

I know I am not alone, as I saw another member 'respond' by way of a new thread because they were unable to reply. Amusingly I highlighted this problem in a new thread that was a response to an earlier post. The respondent raised a few questions regarding the circumstances of my problem, but of courser I was not able to provide this info as I could not respond.

I guess I am now, in part, providing a response to that respondent about my inability to respond and the futility of starting a new thread to respond, in a new thread !!!! (And yes, that is exactly what I intended to say).

Hope there are people around that can provide a resolution to this prob.

Thanks you.
