POD Studio UX1 - No Signal, No Light, No Anything!

Hey, I'm posting on here to find the solution to my non functioning UX1.
I used to constanly for a little while - and it sat unmoved on my desk and one night I decide to plug er in and jam. As I do so - no signal from the device!
I was rather bummed out so I checked online but no luck.
What's the deal?
Bad USB cable or dead port?
I've tried using a different usb cable with no luck and tried different ports.
Make sure you have the most recent drivers and Monkey, you can download them here.
To QsBlues point try a different cable and USB ports.
If you can not get Monkey to see try the UX try another computer.
I've done all! It doesn't even show up.
You tried another computer too?
I have not had the chance to try another computer, if I do I will let you know what happens!
