JTV-69 is here! Now a have a question.

If I use the VDi cable for the variax and plug my strat into the guitar jack...should I set the inputs to 1 Variax 2 Guitar? or is there a better way? What if I only use the JTV? 1 variax 2 guitar still?

Variax 1 and guitar 2 or the other way around. It doesn't really matter even if your just using one guitar. Only thing is the tuner will only work on the 1 setting. For example if you have your guitar set on 1 the tuner will work on that preset but it won't for the variax. I overcome this by making a preset just for tuning.

  Ok, thanks. That was the issue. I couldn't tune one of the guitars. I guess I need to make the inputs per preset and not global...Thanks again.

    Well I had a model switch that wouldn't push down all the way, but I've been reading post for two years about that problem so...I stuffed in some paper and now it works fine. They should have this fixed by now.

      Now the pickup selector switch is messing up...Sounds like a lose connection or short. I'm working with Sweetwater to get it fixed.
