UX1 - no sound

Just got a UX1. Set up output through headphones. Using Win7. Pod Farm recognises input. No sound output. HELP...pls

are your headphones plugged into the UX1? (won't work with headphones plugged into computer)

    make sure that the UX1 is set as the default playback card in your sound properties

    OK, just making sure you weren't launching the plug-in within a DAW.
    
    In your Mixer view check to make sure you are selecting the correct option (Instrument/Mic).
    
    Also, do you see the meters moving in the POD Farm mixer view?

      I am not using daw. Is on instrument, input moving but output isnt

Did you check to make sure something in your signal chain in POD Farm is not muting the signal?

    Correct, you do not need gear box.
    Also make sure you have all your windows updates, especialy concerning C++.
    Do you have powered speakers or an amp you can check the UX's analog outs with? (Doubt that is an issue if you are not seeing any output in PF).
    Can you try it on another computer?

      Currently updating windows software, tried with an amp, fine when i play music off it but not working through pod farm. Sounds more like a software problem? Is it possible that My prefences are set up wrong? also, I dont have access to another computer

        Did you run the license manager to authorize the UX?
