UX2 Issue in License Manager

I'm having problems when I try to install Add-Ons in my POD Studio UX2 (yup, the black one) via License Manager.
My device recognizes the following factory Add-Ons:
FX Junkie (Model Packs), POD Farm 1(Software), POD Farm 2 (Software) and Propellerhead Record (Software).
But when I click the Install button, only the following Add-Ons appear in the list of installed:
FX Junkie (Model Packs), POD Farm 1(Software) and Propellerhead Record (Software).
The POD Farm 2 does not appear in the list. When I try to open the program I get the message that my interface is not authorized to My Computer. No sound is listened.
The POD Studio UX2 is registered it in my profile. I use Windows 7 64bit. I installed Line6 Monkey, downloaded drivers, POD Farm 1 and POD Farm 2 with the latest versions available.
I hope you guys can give me a solution for my issue.
Thanks
Bruno

What happens if you run the Monkey?
Green ticks for everything?
Also make sure you have all your Windows updates, especially concerning C++.
I have seen other users with strange POD Farm behavior related to lack of Windows updates.
Yes, green ticks for everything in Monkey (Didn't installed Gearbox).
Do you recommend any special update? My Windows automatically updates itself.
If you do regular updates, you should be good there. But this is the specific one that can cause issues.

Have you tried authorizing the computer too?
I authorized everything in the first time, then I saw a post that said it isn't necessary authorize my pc cause i'm using line 6 hardware.
I really do not understand why my POD Farm 2 is not authorized by the License Manager or why it disappears from the list of Add-Ons.
Yeah, that's a head scratcher!!
You could try different USB ports and temporarily disable any firewa;lls and antivirus software.
IF that doesn't work I would try uninstalling everything using the Unistaller in the Line6 Tools folder and start over. (I know, huge PITA).
If you still have issues I would contact Line6 via a support tickect (or call).

I'll do every step from the start. Deauthorize everything, uninstall everything, reinstall only pod farm 2 (with drivers, monkey, license manager), then I'll try to use my UX2 in a different usb port, authorize...
If that doesn't work I'll try to plug my UX2 in a different computer.
Thank you for your time.
