Low end "flub" with Pod Farm 2.5

Whenever I play lower notes or chords (anything on the low E or A strings) I get an unwanted low frequency resonance.
A "flub" for lack of a better term.
It's more of an issue when using "hi gain" tones, but happens with lower gain and cleans tones, just not nearly as pronounced.
Nothing is clipping, adding / deleting or changing parameters doesnt help.
Heres my set up:
Intel Duo 2.6Ghz / 6 GB DDR3 RAM
Pod Farm 2.5 w/ FX Junkie used as stand alone.
UX1 connected via USB replacing my PCs sound card
Fender Strat w/ single coils
Jackson w/ dual humbuckers
Anyone else experience this?
Any suggestions?
Discovered it was the "medium hall" reverb effect cause a low frequency "slapback".
Issue = solved
Thats great you found the answer.
God Bless,
