How can I uninstall the "Line 6 Audio-Midi Devices" Control Panel??

I used the uninstaller and checked off all the boxes to uninstall everything but when I go into control panel (classic view) the Line 6 Audio Midi Devices thing is still in there. I cannot find where to uninstall it. Its not in Start>All Programs. I've deleted all the Line 6 folders in both Program Files folders and the Program Data folder. I find files in the System32 folder with both L6 and GX in each of the names. I cannot delete these folders. It is interfering with my new Midi controller.
If I uninstall any ASIO stuff on the computer would it remove this control panel?
If that does not do it how can I uninstall this control panel??
