My Pod Studio UX2 keeps shutting down!!! Please, help !!!

I have recently bought a POD Studio UX2, but it keeps shutting down all of a sudden!
And the only way to turn it on again is to restart the computer.. but then, when I start using it again, and the same problem happens after a while..!
I am really frustrated, I wasn't able to record or create new tones, cause I can't go more than half an hour without it shutting down!!
Can anybody help me please??!
Note: I own a Mac with the latest version of Mountain Lion.
All of my Line 6 softwares are up to date, according to Line 6 Monkey.

I have the exact same problem but just with the Ux1, also using latest drivers and OS.
There are driver issues with ML.
Line6 is working on the problem.
I'm having this problem as well and it's very frustrating
