No response from Trouble Ticket (Is Line 6 support always this slow?)

I created a trouble ticket for my brand new JTV-59, 3 days ago.
No one has responded yet.
I have been a dedicated Line 6 customer for about 10 years now, and have purchased about a dozen of their products (About $5k worth over the years) but have never had any need for technical support until now.
Are they normally this slow?
Perhaps the recent Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. has slowed things down and permitted a bit of a backlog to build up. Many people had several days off work last week.

Sorry for the delay. As silverhead noted, with our support department being closed for a couple of days last week, we came back from the Thanksgiving holiday with more support inquries than normal. We are working through them and will get to your request in a timely manner.
