HD "mini" - just amps

Ok, here's a request I haven't seen before and it's something I'd like to have.  I would love an HD unit that could do dual amps like the 500/pro, but that's it if it could come in ANY cheaper than a 500.

Basically, I'm curious if anyone else would be interested in such a thing.

My logic is this, for anyone who cares:

For me, it's an issue of practicality.  I could afford a Kemper or an Ax FxII, but with how much money I'm making from gigs right now I could not afford to replace them - and we all know gigs are rough on gear.  My sounds, especially with my original band, are pretty straight ahead, but I could solve alot of problems live and be able to get through a show if either my HD500 or the "mini" goes down.  I'm more interested in the HD line's style of total patch changes than the M series "traditional" style, so having an HD500 (or even a 300) with the amps in another unit midi controlled would be so awesome.  Basically, I'm curious if anyone else would be interested in such a thing.

That's what gear insurance is for.....

I pay less than £10 a month for £3000 worth of gear at the moment which includes full cover for when gigging (i.e. it's not just covered when at home or in lock up), in vehicle cover, £1million Public Liabillity insurance and £10,000 Personal Accident cover....

if you're just looking for a backup why not go 1:1 and just get a used hd500 (about the price of a 300)?
