Upgrading POD Farm VST

Hello Everyone:
I currently own POD Farm platinum version 1.11.0 which was purchased back in 2009. I use it all the time and like it but now I see that line 6 has upgraded and come out with more amp modeling and my guess is that the sound quality is better in the newer version 2.5. I didn't see any upgrade options for previosu Pod Farm users to save on the cost. Does anyone know if you can upgrade from an older version to the new version at a cost savings?
Thank you in advance.
there is no difference in the sounds....
more flexible routing... multiples of the same effect... 64bit plugins... and midi control capability basically...
and the big one... hardware independence... you can use pod farm with any ASIO/Coreaudio interface.
to upgrade, just buy standard: http://line6.com/store/item/187
your platinum already entitles you to all the model packs... so picking up standard will give you platinum.
+1 to Zap.
Hardware Independence assumes you do not currently have the i-Lok version.

as does the entirety of my answer... since you can't use or have model packs with the ilok.
+2 to Zap!!
In Pod Farm 2.5 FAQ you get a link to update from Pod 1 to 2.5. But it takes you directly to normal version.
I Own POD Farm 1 and all the Model packs.
I also would upgrade to version 2.5 if i have a good deal.
the packs will follow... all you need is the pod farm upgrade...
