Firmware Update on the StageScape M20d Mixer

I have recently purchased a StageScape M20d and on opening the box, I find a note which says Update to latest Firmware. But I am unable to locate any new firmware for the StageScape M20d in the Line6 website. Can someone help ? Is there a new firmware (my mixer is just out of the box and not even powerd on) ...

This is only a guess as I don't have a StageScape but the normal thing to do with line6 gear is to download line6 monkey (from the downloads link at the top of this page) and let that handle any driver / software / firmware updates.

As I said I don't know if this is the case with the StageScape.

  I have downloaded the Line6 Monkey and while setting it up, I do not find the "StageScape M20d" listed in the supported devices.
  
  Can someone who owns a StageScape clarify ?

    I notice you aren't getting much response from the community.
    
    I would suggest opening a support ticket directly with Line 6. Line 6 no longer regularly monitor the forums, the recommended direct support request is now via a ticket.

Thank you John for your Suggestion. I did open a ticket and got a clarification from StageScape that there is no update on the firmware for the StageScape and that Version 1.0 which is pre loaded is the current version. In continuation of the discussion, I have also asked a few points which are not clear on the Manual - Max capacity of SD cards / Capacity of USB drive that is supported on the system.
