JTV Acoustic Guitars to PA

Just completed the Dream Rig with the addition of the JTV-59 and really enjoying it. I am (finally) getting some of the sounds I have been reaching for. What I have not been able to figure out is how do I route the JTV acoustic guitars to my PA rather than through the DT25? I have read the threads but not been able to execute.
JTV-59 ... VDI....HD 500.... L6 Link....DT25 (also have a PA for vocals and acoustic)
Thank you in advance!
The standard and simplest way is to take a line from the fx loop to the pa set mix to 100% and when using acoustic sounds engage the loop to stop signal getting to dt25 and send to pa. This may not be ideal depending on whether you use loop but even then an a/b box with this setup is probably best
Thank you for the quick reply. I am tyring to use the FX loop out set to 100%, but I still have the sound coming out of the DT25 as well as the PA. Can you be more specific in the amp settingss or controller setup (i.e. there must be a piece of this puzzle I am missing!).
You may need to connect a dummy plug to the HD500 Loop Return to complete the loop circuit in the HD500. Not sure about this but worth a try.
don't know if it makes a difference but my setup is with amp model off and fx loop in last box, always worked fine for me so never investigated further?
After you have the Fx loop routed and set to active look in your fx chain and see if you have amps active ("turned ON"). Just turn them ("OFF"). Now you by pass the dt amps signal path and go straight to the fx loop connected to your PA. If you are looking for the amp model to be a part of your chain just move it to the left, to be in front of FX Loop. I make sure the fx loop mix is set to 0. This will make sure no sound comes out the dt amp
Thanks for everyones input here. I got this set up and working well with all the info provided.
I'm new to this rig, There's no way to route your signal to the XLR's ONLY (shutting off signal through the link to the DT) when using acoustic models? Seems like a waste of these balanced outs. And I plan to use the HD500 loop for other things (like my Bonamassa wah), since this is such a closed system, and you cant just stick an overdrive or wah in front of it, if you wish to use the Variax cable.
I haven't tried this (My DT25 s in another location), but I think this should work. Try creating an "Acoustic" patch, with all of the sound routing panned hard right, and use the right XLR to FoH. Make sure that only the left signal is going to your DT via L6 Link. Please let us know the results if you try it.
That's a great idea-let us know how it works!
Stay in the mix and in the know.
