I must acknowledge the outstanding customer service from a few of the Line 6 people I have dealt with in the past few weeks.
As some of you may know, the Australian Line 6 importer recently went out of business and so the issue of warranty and repair was very much unknown for Australian customers.
I have had some issues with the POD HD 500 since it first arrived; given that the warranty provision was going to be difficult for me to obtain and that I rely on my gear for a living (and now the HD 500 and DT 25 amp are central to that) they graciously sent me a new unit at their expense.
I am very impressed and truly grateful for their decision to do so. This sort of thing has probably made me a Line 6 customer for life now!
A few of the other companies I have dealt with in the past could learn a thing or two about customer service from the people at Line 6.
