Why my POD FARM doesn't run?

Hi line6 crew,
Well, i'm trying to run my POD FARM but it doesn't works. The interface of the program opens normally -even I can move the controls of amps, effects, etc- but the sound it's not modified by the models included on it, I mean, the sound of the guitar is unprocessed, as if my guitar were just plugged into my toneport ux8 only. What should I do?
I even update the drivers to 2.55 but nothing happened.
Thanks for your help.
Hi,
One possibility is that the D.I. level in the mixer view of pod farm is turned right up giving only unprocessed sound (from memory it does this - or does it always keep the processed sound too? I can't remember. Probably worth a look anyway.) Probably not this though as you said you have updated etc., so it's unlikely pod farm would update and this newer version also have the level right up.
I'll have a think about it, but someone else probably has some ideas.
Are you getting all amps showing up or just a few?
God bless,
David
Well, I can see all models. I checked the ID level, but everything is O.k. I even uninstall the Pod Farm and installed again but nothing happened. I need Help!! The sound stills unprocessed.
Check the mixer page in Pod Farm and make sure your guitar is selected as the input.
I checked that too: the input source is instrument 1... I don't know what happened!
Stay in the mix and in the know.
