I have a problem with the FBV Shortboard (the old model, not MKII) and the POD HD (bean).
When I connect the FBV to the POD HD, the lights flash from side to side, then remains fixed, then flash again, it stays there all the time.
The manual of POD HD says that the controller if it is compatible with the product, but I do not know where is the problem.
Attach the link of the video, but the video is in “Spanish”, only "see" the video to see how best to describe the problem.

Please I need help.
Thanks.
wow, that's a strange one... have you tried the calibration steps at the end of this doc: http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-4501
Closely inspect the RJ45 jack on the FBV and the POD...make sure that the pins are straight and clean...make sure the ends of your cable are clean...
This looks like a connectivity issue...One issue some first gen FBV have suffered has been some of the ribbon connectors comming loose inside the board...Take the bottom of the board off and reseat all of the ribbon cables...I suspect that this is more likely where the issue is...a bad connection in the chain will make these boards freak...
I use the same..the same...cable with the POD xt (bean) and all work normally with the PODxt (bean)
Is very strange.
Ok, I answered a prior post of yours friend , BUT, I've never seen that happened. So far, I've never had a problem
connecting my "OLD" Shortboard to my PODHD BEAN. It looks like the Shortboard is cycleing through to make
sure it's working correctly. Hmmm. Now you've got me stumped. It hassed to be the CAT5 wire your using.
I have my original... Crazy !!!
