Ownership of the PowerPack depends on whether you paid for it separately, or whether it came bundled with your XT purchase. If you bought it separately then you own it and it should transfer to your UX2. If it was bundled with the XT then your XT 'owns' it, and it can only be used with the XT. If you ever sell the XT you will be selling its PowerPack license with it.

silverhead is right... any pack included with purchase belongs to the hardware and not the user...
looks like you'll be selling the UX2.
