Line 6 truly disappoints

I know this has been said, but I feel it necessary to add my experience to warn others. I purchased a JTV-69 Korean Model, manufactured in Feburary 2012 from Sweetwater about a month ago. Sure enough, it had the issue with both E strings falling of the fretboard, so much so that basic chords and pull-offs couldn't be played. I interfaced with Line 6 about the issue, but the support staff ceaed responding to my ticket; only after I left a horrid review of the guitar when asked to did support resume contact with me and issue an RMA, a full two weeks after I initially contacted them. I received the guitar back yesterday without a single explanation as to what work was done and worse, the issue has not been resolved. This experience has been sour from start to finish and unfortunately, despite my years of accumulating Line 6 equipment, I will be returning the guitar and ceasing business with them.
