  The line out is an audio signal.   Sample rate and bit depth refer to a digital signal, so do not apply.

    Oh! Thanks so much so spider IV doesn't have a AD/DA converter

    line out is just line out as known as isn't it?

      No, the Spider series do not have A/D converters.  I suspect the next generation might, so that Line 6 can stay on a par with amps like the Fender Mustang III and IV.
