G30 just stopped working?!?

Hey,

I just got my brand new G30 relay system TODAY! It worked great when i plugged it in for the first time. But when i went to plug in for some friends of mine it didn't work. It won't send any signal at all. I check the batteries and the power to the transmitter but nothing works. I have all csbles properly installed yet I get no sound. What could the problem be?

Can you please explain further?  Are you getting any LEDs lighting up?

Have you gone through the troubleshooting tips on the documents page?

The most likely reason is the input cable or jack might not be working... Have you checked?

I was about to make another thread but I'll just add on to this one. I bought a new G30 and I haven't even used it for an hour when it seemed like the transmitter just stopped working. I tried to figure out the problem, I have a wireless router nearby where I used so I moved the G30 transmitter and receiver to another room but still the problem persisted. Before it happened, I noticed that the receiver LEDs dropped off to NONE. The only LED lit is the power LED. And in the transmitter, I'm not even getting any audio from the cable.. The unit is brand new and I just used the battery that came with it. What can the possible problem and solution(s) be? I am excited to use the G30 in our sessions, good thing this happened BEFORE I got into the studio because it would be really embarrassing.. Anyone?
