adding a second expression pedal

I recently bought a second expression pedal. I was wondering how to set it up so I can use the on board pedal on my fv shortboard mk11 to tweek parameters on a preset on my spider valve amp and the second one as volume.

there's usually info in the manual for the FBV SHortboard MKII or in the manual for the device you're connecting the board to (e.g. the POD HD, or Spider IV 150, or something else).
