Where to find FW 1.9?

Okay, I will admit I must be a little crazy here.

 

I have version 1.62 of the Monkey.  When I connect my JTV 59, the latest FW version found is 1.82.  I tried looking on the downloads section of Line6, and I don't see it there either.

 

What am I doing wrong?
