G90 with a Sennheiser E908 ?

Hi

 

I have a g90 system that I would like to use together with my Sennheiser E908 sax microphone.

 

Anyone knows if this can be done?

 

I know I need to make a new connector.

    Hello Bendt

     

    You will need to use the wireless version of that mic  "e 908 B-ew" that uses "bias" voltage.  The "phantom" version won't work, although I believe you could remove the preamp from the cable end and use it as the wireless version.  You'd need to check with Sennheiser on that question.

     

    Then just wire it to a Ta4F connector.  Instructions are in the FAQ in the document section.
