POD HD300 Driver problem

Hello, i have POD HD300, updated to latest firmware 2.01.
After this update, i cannot connect it to PC, cannot be recognized. I have custom presets, and I can't transfer them to PC .

Also there are 3 beeps when i connect it via USB.
Any solution ?
