Hd 500 connections

going to buy a Hd500 within the next 2 weeks just thinking about connections to amps have a fender , Marshall and line 6 spider jam  which one would be best to connect the pedal  to or should i buy a DT amp just the cost I'm bothered about

    I have tried just going straight into a PA and it is OK butnstill is not as warm as it should be.  I just bought a DT and it makes a big difference.  I vote for the Dt. guitar Center had a 150 off coupon for a while.
