License manager question

Can I have 2 same model packs on an account with license manager :

 

eg : 2 same power packs one purchased, one as gift by someone without losing one ?

 

or should I create a second new account ?

    you'd be throwing the licenses away to have 2 on a single account....

    a single license can authorize up to 4 devices or computers... not thinking that a single user would need more than 4 active at once.
