Hi guys, I have a Pod HD500 and am getting my hands on a Variax JTV59 on Friday.
I was watching youtube vids of both when i came across this one from Andertons music where the tone knob of the variax can be assigned to the feedbacker in the hd500.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-vrrnVB5u0..... Go to 18 mins 15secs to see what i mean.
Anyway, I need to know what stomp would have been used to get the feedback effect.
Any help would be great
cheers
Someone else mentioned this here a little while ago. The effect that they're using is the pitch glide. It sounds like they have set to an octave up, with the mix probably at around 50% or so.
Yep, the knob gets assigned to the 'Mix' Parameter on the glide and the the tone goes into 'feedback' as the knob is adjusted up from 0% to wherever. I would go a bit higher than 50% myself but it is one to play with.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
