Can't Get Tones for Pocket Pod

I have never been able to download and use a custom tone and I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong.

Windows XP...Pocket Pod...I get a message saying it's "corrupted or unsupported".

What is the deal?  I love practicing with this thing, but I'd really like to be able to make full use of it.
